This is another somewhat bizarre cover by
Fred.
I am not sure how the elixir works,
must be from the toes up...the woman is
far from young looking except for her
body. I lightened up this picture a little
as the cover was very dark. This is also
another cover that shows up in searches for
Fred Pfeiffer on the net.

This cover was featured in Vincent DiFate's book Infinite Worlds on the Fred Pfeiffer entry.
This is a very strange cover. But it does make me want to read the book and see if there is an explanation behind the cover.
