When Fred came to my apartment for a visit back in December of 1973, my girlfriend at the time, Sherri, dropped by while Fred was there. She had long black hair worn exactly like the girl in this painting. Sherri's hair hung well past her waist, and after I introduced Fred to her, he immediately commented that he had occasionally used a model who had long black hair just like Sherri's... and just as long. Could this be the model he was referring to? Interesting...very interesting...I wonder.

Yes, there is that long black-haired early Pfeiffer girl again. She is stupendous.
Scotty did a nice job carving away the shield background on this one and just concentrating on the figures.
