One of the goals of the Pfeiffer Pfiles is to find people out there who own original Pfeiffer art.
So far, these are the only pieces that I am aware of that are out there:
Advise and Consent (I own this one) The Throne of Saturn Studd A Specter is Haunting Texas (owned by Daniel Fowlkes) The South Pole Terror (Terry Allen used to own this one and appeared on eBay several years ago) Mystery on the Snow (was sold on an auction site in 2006)
The moment I looked at this piece I immediately thought to myself "Oh, there's Uncle Carl standing at the lectern." That guy looks just like Fred's dad, as I remembered him from the 70's.
Also, when I saw the name ALLEN on the cover of this work, it reminded me of one of Fred's closest friends in the 70's, comedy actor Dennis Allen whose nearest encounter with fame and success occurred when he was a regular on Rowan & Martin's LAUGH IN tv show. Unfortunately, he allowed himself to become a victim of substance abuse later on and his career took a nose dive. It makes me wonder if some of the troubles that Courtney and I know Fred suffered, might've begun at the time he befriended Mr. Allen. We'll probably never know.

The Throne of Saturn

And that is it, that I am aware of.
Anybody else?
Please?
Oh, I forgot these:
The Redeemers (can't find the book for this)
Spy Exchange at the Border (I am not sold on this being a Pfeiffer)
Both of these show up on the art internet sites as being Fred Pfeiffer pieces.

What about the fellow in the cap? Is that Fred?
No, that's not Fred, but I did see Fred on one of the recent covers posted here. I'll go back and find it, and identify it for viewers.
