Gerald T. Counihan, the Art Director at Fawcett in the 80's, surprised me with a package in the mail a few weeks ago.

The package contain 3 cover proofs from paperbacks he had Fred Pfeiffer do the art for.

Scotty found this paperback for sale on the internet that has a variation of the cover proof I got. Either changes were made from the cover proof, or this paperback is a newer version.

I found this on a girls blog where she was upset with the newest version not having this cover. She posted this one as being her favorite and the only cover the book should have. She has great taste.
