This looks great with the titles and cover printing removed.
The illustration continues on the spine and through to the back cover.
Vincent DiFate mentions in his book Infinite Worlds that Fred had done some work for Dell. Another point that leads this to be a possible Pfeiffer.
The book I have was a 4th print in January 1970. The first Dell print was August 1970, followed by September 1970 and December 1970. Maybe an earlier version contains a Pfeiffer signature.
