Fred Pfeiffer : Kiss Me Again, Stranger - 1970

by Daphne du Maurier
In the light of the moon.

I expect that the blue moon in the illustration
is the reason the characters are blue. Fred liked
painting flesh in blue and did it several times.
The tree is a standout Pfeiffer style tree.
Still more Daphne du Maurier to come.

Another Pfeiffer Daphne Du Maurier cover. I don't know if there are any more to get as there have been 8-9 in this series so far. Any further Du Maurier covers will be more icing on the artistic cake.

I can't find a signature on this, but since the art is very Pfeifferish, and he was doing the series, and the date of publication aligns with the series, hence it is a Pfeiffer!

We have two more of the Daphne covers yet to come.

the Tree in the illustration pretty much nails it as one of Fred's. I do like the way he did the rocks and flowers at the bottom.
