I found this book at a used bookstore in Modesto, CA when visiting Howard Wright and Terry Allen in 2011.
When I first looked at it, I almost put it back. It had Pfeiffer touches but the sharpness was just not there. Then I noticed the Pfeiffer signature alongside the bottom of the dress underneath the "Lloyd". Sweet!
