With the initial hint of being a MacFadden book, this book title was found using the AbeBooks website and searching by year. It was very satisfying to find this listed in 1968, as finding a book with only its artwork would seem an impossible task. But here it is!

After a beginning search for the title in used bookstores, it was ultimately purchased from AbeBooks. And posted here for your enjoyment.
