Fred Pfeiffer: Illustration Magazine #32

Great news!

Illustration Magazine #32 just came out. It features an article on Ed Balcourt, who was an artists' rep and at one time represented Fred Pfeiffer and Bob Larkin, among many others.

In the article, there is an illustration by Fred for "The Memory of Eva Ryker" and also includes a small paragraph on him. Balcourt mentions that Fred did many movie posters.

The magazine is always very well done and very beautiful and comes highly recommended. It is $15 postage paid through the magazine's website http://www.illustration-magazine.com/.

I had met the publisher Dan Zimmer at the Windy City Pulp & Paperback show in 2008 and asked him if he was interested in an article on Fred Pfeiffer. He said he was concentrating on artists pre-1960. Maybe now he will change his mind!
